Alexander Heck – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chairman of the Executive Board of elexis AG, Managing Director of BST GmbH and EMG Automation GmbH
Born in 1982 in Ludwigshafen, Germany, Alexander Heck studied Finance, Marketing, and International Management in Münster and Evanston/Chicago. He began his career with SMS group, where he led growth and M&A projects as well as programs focused on restructuring and process optimization.
In the USA, he managed parts of the SMS service workshop network and built up both Key Account Management and strategic planning functions. Upon returning to Germany, he took over global leadership of Integrated Plants & Central Project Management. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President Technical Service, responsible for SMS group’s global service growth strategy.
Ingo Koesfeld – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Member of the Executive Board of elexis AG, Managing Director of BST GmbH and EMG Automation GmbH
Ingo Koesfeld was born in 1975 in Wuppertal, Germany. After completing his banking apprenticeship, he studied economics at Ruhr University Bochum, the University of Witten/Herdecke, and the European Business School in London.
He gained experience at Ernst & Young and Deutsche Post AG before joining SMS group, where he most recently served as Managing Director of SMS Investments SA in Luxembourg and Head of Participations and Corporate Law in Düsseldorf.
